Alex has spent over 20 years working in the legal sector, advising and managing advice and legal services in the areas of Commercial Contracts, Insolvency, Employment, Landlord and Tenant, Discrimination, Money Advice & Welfare Benefits, Personal Injury and Consumer Law.  Alex has worked in the private and public legal sector as well as in the third sector, leading to a broad understanding of issues in a dispute. Skilled and experienced in negotiation, conflict resolution and advocacy, Alex prides himself on his grasp of numbers and being able to quickly gain a full appreciation the finances of a dispute. Alex is passionate about all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and particularly in mediation, and now shares his time between practicing Mediation and as a Money Advice Consultant. A Member of the Society of Mediators, Alex’s other interests include cycling, playing squash, theatre, film, rugby and walking.
