What we charge

We have endeavoured to make our fees as transparent as possible. Costs are the same for both in person and remote sessions. The prices listed below are per party, and include 1 hour preparation per party, administration fees and VAT.

For any value of claim, we charge £50 for writing a Mediation Invitation.

Should both parties on the day agree additional time would be beneficial, an hourly rate of £50 per hour, per participant will be applied.

*Mediation Advocacy – Many individuals discover the immense value of having a professional represent their case or provide support during mediation sessions. We offer a flat rate for this service: £400 for a half-day or £600 for a full day. This encompasses document review, case preparation, and aid in drafting a mediation position statement.
